Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped, along with tracking details.

We partner with leading courier companies to ensure safe and quick delivery.
Standard delivery time is usually 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Delivery timelines may vary for remote or non-serviceable areas.

We currently ship to all locations across India.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to check real-time delivery status.
6. Delays in Shipping
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier partner delays, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
We will keep you updated in case of significant delays.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
In such cases, re-delivery charges (if applicable) may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery at info@feinme.com with photos and video of the package and product.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement/refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
