We take great pride in the quality of Fein perfumes. However, if something doesn’t go as expected, this policy will guide you through returns, replacements, and refunds.
Return Eligibility
Due to the hygiene and personal nature of perfumes, opened or used products cannot be returned.
We only accept a return or replacement if:
You received a wrong product, damaged item, or
There is leakage/packaging tampering at the time of delivery.
Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@feinme.com with photos/videos of the issue.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Product used or bottle opened.
Change of mind or personal dislike of fragrance.
Return request placed beyond 48 hours of delivery.
Orders purchased during Sale/Combo/Offer period (unless damaged in transit).

Review: Our Quality Team will verify your request within 2 business days.
Pickup/Return: If approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, with invoice and accessories.
Replacement/Refund:
Replacement will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds (if opted) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
Refund Timeline:
Online (Razorpay/UPI/Cards) -Back to source 5–7 working days
COD Orders Bank transfer after return confirmation -7–10 working days
Important Points
Reverse pickup is available only in select pin codes. If not serviceable, you may be asked to courier the product back to us.
Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to approve or reject a return/refund request based on the evidence submitted and product condition received.
